Pricing ranges account for clutter, pet hair, amounts of furniture, location and additional space.

Not all homes or cleaning plans will fit the above structures. GreenItUp! will work with you to determine the best price for your needs. Please understand that a thorough cleaning is a time-consuming process. We give added care and take precautions with furniture, collectibles, and other objects.

Cancellations should be made with at least 48 hours notice except in the case of inclement weather.
GreenItUp! will provide limited, delayed, or no service during incidents of inclement weather.
If a cancellation is made by GreenItUp! with less than 48 hours notice (excepting inclement weather) you will receive 25% off your next cleaning.
You may leave a check or money order at your residence on the day of the service. Please make all checks payable to GreenItUp!, LLC.
Please do not post date checks or money orders.
Payment is due at or before the time of the cleaning appointment.
Late payments are subject to late fees of $5 a day.
A fee of $50 will be charged for any returned check. Any additional bank fees charged to us as well as daily late fees will accrue until the account is brought current.
For security purposes, we do not accept cash payments left at residences. If you would like to pay in cash it will need to be at your residence at the time of service or you can call or email Teresa Plaag to arrange a drop-off at her residence.
For each completed referral GreenItUp! offers a 25% discount on the first cleaning for the new client and a 25% discount on the next scheduled cleaning for the referring client.
